In the filtration operation, the performance of filter material and back-blowing dust directly reflects the change of pressure drop of the in-line wound filter element, and the pressure drop is related to the filtration performance of the wire-wound filter element filter bag, which is an important factor affecting the long-term stable operation. The main problems of wire-wound filter element are the retention of dust in the fiber layer of filter material, incomplete and uneven dust cleaning by pulse back-blowing, which leads to the poor regeneration ability of filter bag, the increase of residual pressure drop, and the excessive operating resistance of the system, which reduces the service efficiency and life of filter bag. There have been a lot of researches on the separation mechanism of wire-wound filter element at home and abroad. The overbuilding process in the initial stage of filtration is different from the filtration process in the stable stage, with more influencing factors and greater changes in pressure drop, which directly affects the subsequent filtration operation process. As pressure is a direct reflection of the basic parameters of the filtration process. In the experimental device of a single filter bag, the author mainly investigated the influence of filtration speed and population concentration changes on the pressure drop of the filter bag in the filtration process, and focused on the characteristics of the residual pressure changes of the filter material in the initial stage of filtration, so as to provide a basis for the design of the pulse back-blowing ash cleaning system and the reasonable selection of pulse parameters.
